Beginning Again
Tools for the Journey through Grief
Beginning Again is an eight-week grief support group that was developed for adults coping with the death of a loved one. Hundreds of people have benefited from this group and have made good use of the tools provided throughout the seminar, which enables people to move forward in their journey through grief rather than becoming stuck or immobilized.
Beginning Again workshops are being provided throughout the United States and beyond by a wide-range of professionals. If you are a mental health or healthcare professional, a faith-based professional or other practitioner, consider facilitating a Beginning Again support group.
